Look after all Admission/Cash Counters.

Preparation and posting of all receipt, payment & Journal Voucher in General Ledger.

Deposit of Daily Collection in Bank.

All payments to be made through Cheques except Petty matters.

Preparation of Staff Salaries.

Preparation of Staff Income Tax Challans and deposit of with-holding tax in NBP/SBP

7

Preparation of Income Tax Challans of Vendors/Contractors, deposit of Tax in NBP/SBP and submission of Monthly and Annual Income Tax Returns.

To improve the current computerized Admission and Accounting System.

Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss Account with comparison of Last Month and YTD.

Preparation of Balance Sheet.

To exercise financial control.

To coordinate and fulfill requirements of Auditors and all other departments including tax relating matters.

To ensure correct payments of suppliers/contractors bills.

14

To ensure correct payment of salaries/bonus/EOBI/insurance premium.

15

To study and suggest in all area of expenses in consultation with the management of the Trust.

To Prepare, examine, and analyze Accounting Records, Financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

To Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Appraise, evaluate and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location. To Carry out physical verification at regular intervals and reconciling t with property and equipment records for effective control over the existence of the assets owned by the Trust.

To maintain fixed assets record  and  comply with  guidelines provided by the  ICAP.s  Technical committee  , and to ensure that assets are properly protected  by Insurance  policy and  are  utilized for the business purposes.
